Tomasz Pąchalski, one of the chief organizers of BCT Gdynia Marathon (start of the Morski Maraton Pływacki BCT Gdynia is shown on left) in Poland, was invited to speak by the Polish Swimming Federation at the Poland National Coaches Conference on September 26th-29th in Krakow.
