We love the passion of open water swimming coaches. Their love and respect of the sport are deep; their care and commitment to their athletes are unsurpassed; their knowledge and expertise of issues related to how athletes are affected by the dynamics in open bodies of water are vast.
Nikos Gemelos, swimming coach with the Greek Swimming Federation and coach of world 10 km champion and 4-time Olympian Spyridon Gianniotis, is one such dedicated individual.
