The Sheko Challenge and Trisolothon is highlighted in a great video produced by race director Doug Woodring.

200+ athletes participated in the 9th annual festival of ocean swimming, mountain running, solo paddling and trisolothon, all in the name of sport and ocean protection. Ocean Recovery Alliance’s cause of plastic pollution reduction is one of the main focal points. Unlike other endurance events and athletic competitions in the region, no plastic bottles were used at the Sheko Challenge. Only filtered water was provided with reuseable, foldable cups.
