Bob Maguglin of the Long Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau caught a local pirate shooting off his musket at the Pacific Open Water Swim in Belmont Shores in Long Beach, California.

The swimmers seem to be running from the quartet of pirates who had already claimed this piece of beachfront property.
