Stéphane Lecat of France will join a very elite group of swimmers at the 2023 International Swimming Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Fort Lauderdale on September 30th. The former French marathon swimming champion and current French Swimming Association administrator is among the top 26 dual inductees in the International Swimming Hall of Fame and the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame:
