Aaron Begle, Director of Operations at Hawaii Drone Academy, captured footage of Ranie Pearce‘s shark encounter during her Molokai Channel attempt on July 2nd.

Observer Audrey Viers, escort pilot Mike Twigg-Smith on the Stellina Mare, and kayakers Steven Richards and Daniel Hildebrandt kept a close eye on the shark.
