Pop The Cork, Ciaran Byrne Joins Triple Crown Quartet

With a successful Catalina Channel crossing, Ciaran Byrne became the fourth Sandycove (Ireland) swimmer and the 92nd individual overall to achieve the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming. Sandycove Island, the new mecca of marathon swimming, is now possibly the most prolific training grounds of Triple Crowners other than Dover (England) and La Jolla Cove (California).
