The race number of Orel Jeffrey, a swimmer from Antigua and Barbuda, participated in the men’s 5 km FINA World Championships in 2009.
Unlike his fellow competitors, Jeffrey does not have the benefit of working out in a pool in his home country, but does have the opportunity to swim in the beautiful tropical waters of Antigua and Barbuda.
