Open Water Swimming – Keys To Success

Spread the love

One of the most frustrating things when swimming in any open bodies of water is for your goggles to be foggy or unclear due to residue, oils, sunscreen or lanolin.

When traveling, those little bottles of shampoo that are in hotel showers provide a convenient solution.

Just a few sprinkles of the hotel shampoo – or any mild shampoo – is a great way to clear your goggles.

For any workout or competition, the shampoo serves as an inexpensive surfactant that lowers the surface tension on the goggle lenses and effectively provide you with clear(er) vision.
