Ned Denison Doubles Up On The Triple

Ned Denison became the 65th person to become a member of the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming with a swim of 8 hours 50 minutes across the Catalina Channel today.

Not only is Denison a member of the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming, he is also the originator and member of the Triple Break or the Triple Crown of Prison Island Swims (Alcatraz Island in the USA, Spike Island in Ireland, and Robben Island in South Africa).
