Swimmers are tough. Swimmers can be great teammates. Swimmers definitely know how to pull their weight in difficult situations.

And former competitive swimmer and race director Michael Holtz helped prove those facts.

Holtz, a USA Olympic Trial qualifier in the breaststroke and a member of an English Channel relay, played the role of a hero and inspirational teammate on the winning team of the American television show 72 Hours.
