Abigail Thomson is a new member of the Madswimmer Team.

She is one of only a few people to swim across Lake Malawi, the eighth largest lake in the world located between Malawi, Mozambique, and Tanzania.

Lake Malawi has been crossed by Dr. Otto Thaning (in 1992), Lewis Pugh (in 1992), Milko van Gool (in 2013), and Thomson (in 2010).
