Lexie Kelly was a competitive swimmer and professional marathon swimmer for much of her first 25 years of racing. Now, she not only simply enjoys swimming in short-course pools, long-course pools, bays, oceans, rivers, lakes, and seas – but she also annually teaches hundreds of young children and teenagers to become Junior Lifeguards.

The first part of her aquatic career was her finite game, as defined by Simon Sinek, while the second part of her career is the epitome of the infinite game, again as defined by Sinek.

As Sinek says, “We imagine a world in which the vast majority of people wake up every day inspired, feel safe wherever they are and end the day fulfilled by the work they do.”

Exactly what Kelly does and how she lives her life.
