Klaustoberfest, an annual charity event supporting the Klaus Barth Foundation, will be held October 16th at McKenna’s in Long Beach, California, U.S.A.

Klaus was a German Olympic swimmer, coach and Ironman triathlete who once placed fourth overall in the Ironman World Championships. The inspiration to many open water swimmers and multi-sport athletes before and after his untimely death.

The Klaus Barth Foundation, a registered non-profit foundation, was formed to provide funds for cancer research; education and assistance programs; assistance to those with physical disabilities to pursue an active lifestyle through physical fitness and competitive athletics; and promote educational opportunities for children and young adults.

Musical entertainment will be provided by Vocaldente and television celebrity Chef Mario Martinoli will provide entertainment and information on food during the Klaustoberfest.
