Dr. Josip Aralica and his 16-year-old daughter Lucija, will swim the 38th annual Faros Maratón together.

Josip has already completed the 16 km Faros Maratón twice and it will be Lucija’s first attempt. But Lucija is training with Olympic marathon swimming coach Slaven Šitić. “She will try to beat her father. But the way she is training, Josip has no chance.”

Which would make the good doctor smile all the same.
