Bank robbers? Stealth military types? They use full-on facial cover-ups for other reasons.

This past summer, the latest in marine protection has extended to the Chinese coastlines where women and children are protecting themselves against the sun with full-on facial facekinis. Harmful UV rays aren’t getting through that Lycra, but aren’t they worried about a goggle tan?
