Erica Smith, an NCAA All-American pool swimmer, knows all about time management and how to effectively combine schooling with swimming.

While she serves as the men’s and women’s swim team coach at Eastern Michigan University as she works toward a masters degree in exercise physiology, Smith operates BuoyantSwim and generously shares her open water passion with triathletes in Michigan.
