Lago di Cavazzo is the largest natural lake in Italy’s Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, known for its clear waters and site of the ICE Mile on January 16th with Federico Miot serving as its event director.
Egor Tropeano (34, Italy, IISA bio here) ripped off the fastest breaststroke Ice Mile recorded in a 25-meter pool in the 4.5° water: a remarkable 27 minutes 10 seconds. The Ice Mile was the first day of the 3-day Ice Swimming FVG – IISA Italian Championship.
