Darren Miller fought the early morning mush as sun broke in Japan.

He is moving more quickly and maintaining 20-30 seconds feeds during today’s Tsugaru Channel solo attempt. He is averaging 66 strokes per minute and asked for Pepto Bismol on his second feed. The seas are flattering out as the winds die down.

Noel Browne is on board studying the conditions as he is getting ready for Stephen Redmond’s attempt within 24 hours, on Redmond’s last stop in the Oceans Seven.
