Long-time administrator Dale Petranech was honored at the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame induction ceremonies for his commitment and behind-the-scenes work oiling the Hall of Fame machinery.
Petranech was placed on the final ballot of the International Swimming Hall of Fame Open Water Swimming Award together with other luminaries including Claudio Plit and Philip Rush. Petranech is being awarded his Certificate of Merit by Ned Denison and Steven Munatones in Cork, Ireland.
