Before Guri Bosch, a 3-year-old labrador retriever, won the Canine Division of the 5-mile crossing of Lake Willoughby in Vermont in 2013, there was Manaia. The Whitefish Lake Swim is a 2-race event held annually in Whitefish near Glacier National Park in the state of Montana. All participants must be 15 years of age and older.
