The Catalina Channel Swimming Federation was honored at the United Nations today the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame ceremonies in the Delegate Room.
Hall of Famers Penny Dean, John York, Carol Sing and David Clark accepted the honors along with their Federation colleagues Linda Bamford and Paula Selby. The Federation is one of the world’s leading organizations in terms of safety and promotion of channel swimming with an ever-increasing community of international swimmers, coaches, pilots and observers.
