The London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games has re-opened its application to audition for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the London 2012 Olympics. In particular, they need more men – “particularly if they have rhythm!”

If any open water swimmer wants to get involved in the upcoming Olympics and having a first-hand Olympic experience, an application and information are here.

To be eligible, men must be aged 18 years or older by March 1st 2012 and able to meet the commitments for the rehearsals. New auditions are held between February – March 2012. The closing date for applications is January 9th 2012.
