When the pro open water swimmers get together, the immediate camaraderie and collegiality is a treasure to see. They smile, they laugh, they joke, they suntan together.

They don’t talk about their workouts; they talk about anything but.

While their competitive juices flow in the open water, there is clearly mutual respect while they clearly enjoy each other’s company on land.
