Ice swimmers John Myatt, Laura Nesbitt, Caroline Saxon and Lars Mack took 31 hours 6 minutes to swim across Loch Awe, Lake Bala and Lake Windermere during the day and hiked up Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike (mountains) at night to complete the Three Lakes, Three Peaks Challenge in a charity event to raise awareness of mental health issues.
