Attendance At The Open Water Swimming Safety Conference

Besides race directors, coaches, swimmers, writers and administrators from Canada, Australia, Japan, Cayman Islands, Great Britain and Mexico, individuals responsible for various areas of open water swimming from California, New York, Florida, Virginia, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Illinois, Utah, Idaho, North Carolina, Indiana, South Carolina, Georgia, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Minnesota and Texas will participate in the Open Water Swimming Safety Conference in San Francisco, California on March 18th – 20th.

The wide-range of attendees plan, execute and oversee all kinds of open water swimming events – races, tours, clinics, training camps and mass participation swims. The individuals include Simon Murie, the founder of SwimTrek in Great Britain, Liz Rosen of the Fat Salmon Swims in Washington, Phil White of the Northeast Kingdom Open Water Swimming Association, Yutaka Shinozaki of the Japan International Open Water Swimming Association, Malcolm Cooper of the Maui Channel Swim and many more.
