Name, age, home town and country, expected date of swim, location of swim, distance of swim, level of experience (i.e., open water swims completed to date) and your preferred charity.

The Daily News of Open Water Swimming wants to help you promote your swim and let the world’s global open water swimming community know about your swim and how you are helping others.
