Season 5 of An Open Water Swimmer’s Podcast, host William Ellis kicked off with interviews of Samantha Farrow (32, Great Britain, MSF bio here) and Sarah Thomas (42, USA, MSF bio here, @sarahswims04).
Farrow completed a 72.8 km crossing Lake Geneva in 2024 in 22 hours 48 minutes to set the women’s record. A lake specialist, she has also swum Lake Windermere, Lake Bala, Loch Awe, Loch Ness, and Loch Lomond.
