Alex Meyer Getting Ink After Drying Off

Alex Meyer won his first world championship in the 25K (15.5 miles) in lac St-Jean, five hours north of Montreal as the American aquatic press is starting to take notice.

He takes to the water in Long Beach, California this Sunday coming against 2008 Beijing Olympic 1500-meter freestyle champion Ous Mellouli and Fran Crippen, fourth-place in the 2010 world championship 10K in the Pan Pacific Swimming Championships.
