Alex Kostich is a Vice President at Sony Pictures Studios. On a daily basis, he develops the creative advertising and marketing campaigns for films distributed globally by Sony Pictures International.

But before and after his stressful day at work in Culver City, California, he trains in a local pool. On the weekends, he is often found winning open water swims from Waikiki to St. Croix.

He explains why, where, and how he swims to colleagues in the movie industry.
