


Nearly 1,000 swimmers competed at the Swim Miami (@swim.miami) events today in southern Florida including one of the most prolific masters swimmers in America, Melodee Liegl, who competed in the 10 km race. She said, “It was a nice event that had so much fun. Conditions were good, a little windy. Water was 77°F.“
Defending champion Sandra Frimerman-Bergquist (@sandraf_b_ows) won the women’s 10 km race while Jeison Rojas of Costa Rica won the 10 km overall by nearly 5 minutes over perennial podium finisher Maximiliano Paccot.
