McKinlee Hand Becomes An Iron Icewoman

McKinlee Hand (32, USA, IISA bio here) completed an Ice Mile at Greenlake in Seattle, Washington in February 2021 in 29 minutes 41 seconds in 4.24°C water and -4.50° air temperature.

Three years later she added to her extreme sports resume when she became an Ice Ironwoman after finishing an Ironman Triathlon  at Ironman Arizona in November 2024 in 12 hours 51 minutes.
