The World’s Top 100 Island Swims are interesting, unique, beautiful and exciting island swims that can involve solo, stage, competitive, relay or charity open water swimming or served as swim vacations that are held to, from, on, in, between, near or around islands in any open body of water.

There are literally tens of thousands of island swims around the world.
