George Brunstad, the elder statesman of the English Channel community, became the oldest person to swim the 22 miles across Lake Winnipesaukee on August 26th.

76 years old and still swimming 22 straight hours.

Nothing short of remarkable for people half his age and unbelievable for his contemporaries.
