2011 Professional Marathon Swimming Circuit

Next year’s FINA Open Water Swimming Grand Prix and FINA 10KM Marathon Swimming World Cup circuits present a wonderful mixture of short 10K swims and really long distance races held in oceans, bays, rivers and lake around the world with a variety of challenges and water temperatures.

The 2011 schedule is as follows:

January 23rd: Santa Fe, Argentina (57K Grand Prix)
January 30th: Santos, Brazil (10K World Cup)
February 5th: Viedma, Argentina (10K World Cup)
February 13th: Hernandarias-Parana, Argentina (88K Grand Prix)
To be decided: Sumidero Canyon, Mexico (15K Grand Prix)
June 5th: Capri-Napoli, Italy (36K Grand Prix)
June 18th: Setubal, Portugal (10K World Cup)
July 24th: Lac St. Jean, Canada (10K World Cup)
July 30th: Lac St. Jean, Canada (32K Grand Prix)
August 6th: Lac Memphremagog, Canada (34K Grand Prix)
August 7th: Sabac, Serbia (19K Grand Prix)
August 14th: Ohrid Lake, Macedonia (30K Grand Prix)
September 25th: Shantou, China (10K World Cup)
October 2nd: Hong Kong (10K World Cup)
October 9th: Cancun, Mexico (10K World Cup)
