The background work of Greg Whitman and the visionary politicians who guided his vision through the New Hampshire State Legislature will soon come to fruition.

New Hampshire SB362 was officially signed into law on May 18th and will go in to effect on January 1st, 2011 and will give swimmers and kayakers the right of way in open bodies of water in the State of New Hampshire.
