Can You Stroke Your Age In The Open Water?

To Swim Your Age is pretty tough, especially the older you get (read here).

But can you Stroke Your Age? To Stroke Your Age is definitely easier That is, can you maintain the same stroke rate per minute (e.g., 55 strokes per minute) as your chronological age for 1 kilometer or 20 minutes? For 500 meters in the pool?

Photo and video show the venerable Ned Denison who both Swam and Stroked His Age for 10 hours and 15 minutes when he completed a 54K (41-mile) circumnavigation around the Isle of Jersey in the middle of the English Channel.
