Bruckner and Michelle Chase finished up the first Toa o le Tai Ocean Lifeguard Festival in Amerika Samoa. Their theme and driving force was “Passion to Care, Strength to Act, Vision to Inspire.”
Below are some scenes from their activities from the Toa o le Tai Ocean Festival that the Governor Togiola Tulafono attended. “The Governor asked for a plan to improve the venue so that this become an ongoing event.
He never dreamed of seeing Samoans in the water like this. He never imagined how far we could take his request to develop [an ocean swimming and ocean awareness] program for the Territory.”
