The world watches Stephen Redmond‘s SPOT Tracker.
His progress to become the world’s first person to achieve the Oceans Seven will be relayed by his Facebook page and the little blinking SPOTLive animation as he crosses the Tsugaru Channel.
As of this Saturday morning, the typically angry channel is whipping up its windy face. Redmond will soon exit the calmer bay waters and enter the zone of exceedingly strong currents…as his family, friends and fans anxiously await the results.
With winds forecasted to hit 16 knots blowing against the current with the high probability of creating a sea of whitecaps.
