Active Women is a group of Mexican female athletes that perform specific events that promote a preventive mindset vis-a-vis breast cancer and cervical cancer. They promote health and fitness as a lifestyle including open water swims called Por Ellas.

These events – including Las Nueve Bahías de Huatulco, El Mar de Cortés, and Quintana Roo – are accompanied by health fairs that provide information, education, screening and treatment and fundraising campaigns.
