58-year-old Danielle Ruymaker and 51-year-old Craig Coombs joined the Half Century Club with their 6 hour 40 minute crossing of the Strait of Gibraltar in July.
“We swam from Tarifa with Raphael’s crew and landed at Blanca Point,” said Ruymaker of their 6 hour 40 minute crossing by the two South End Rowing Club members.
