There is a new 2 km ocean swim, somewhere in Hong Kong held on November 4th.

It is called The Drop where athletes never touch land. Swimmers will launch from a boat and land at the boat. This event is only for swimmers with confidence and daring where only intermediate and experienced swimmers need apply.

Somewhere off the coast of Hong Kong, swimmers will be dropped off in a place called the Cliffs. You could be in Acapulco. Maybe you will be.

You will be dropped into the water and will be asked to swim to where you hear the music…
