From the Northern Hemisphere to the Southern Hemisphere, from solo swimming to mass starts, with and without wetsuits, English Channel record holder Trent Grimsey is on the hottest streak in the open water swimming world.

After dominating the ultra-marathon swimming circuit, the 2012 FINA Open Water Swimming Grand Prix champion also destroyed the field at the State Paihia Classic, the kick-off event of the State New Zealand Ocean Swim Series.
