Open water swimmers and triathletes swear by a lot of different hydration formulas and nutritional fuels, but we admit that these Sea Tangle Snacks – slightly roasted Korean seaweed with sesame oil and sea salt – truly melted in our mouth.
It may not be the food of choice for the Western World, but it enables us to feel healthy and somehow more connected with the ocean.
