Kristin Foreman was ecstatic before, during, and after finishing the 1-mile Flowers Sea Swim this weekend.

Guided by her coach Eney Jones, the part-time Cayman Islands resident was all smiles all the time before, during, and after her swim. Her eyes sparkled and the ambiance she created was pure positivity.

“She is always so upbeat,” said Jones. “She is really working on her technique and is passionately committed to the sport.”
