His voice rang familiar at the 44th annual Seal Beach Rough Water Swim in Seal Beach, California.

And for good reason.

Scott Weir has participated in every single one of the 44 editions of the Seal Beach Rough Water Swim. “Yeah, I remember the very first one held way back in 1969.

Now I have been announcing for the last 5 or 6 years. It’s a tradition of Seal Beach.”
