Graeme Lowe of Jersey achieved the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming this August when he completed his final leg in the Pacific Ocean.
His resume is quite impressive with the English Channel (13 hours 35 minutes, 2011), Jersey-France (7:43, 2011), Round Jersey circumnavigation (10:17, 2010), Manhattan Island Marathon Swim (8:33, 2012), and the Catalina Channel (11:40, 2013).
