Professor Morrie Chiang, chairman of the Sun Moon Lake International Swimming Carnival in central Taiwan and Yutaka Shinozaki, chairman of the Japan International Open Water Swimming Association, are quite the movers and shakers in the world of open water swimming in Asia.
With a focus on promoting open water swimming for the benefits of health, wellness and competitive challenges to the masses, the two men are pushing forward positive developments in Asia.
