“The weather is so beautiful today, especially after a few days of rain,” said the King and Queen of the Sea (Desafio Rei e Rainha do Mar) defending champion. “I felt good and it was great out there.”
“We had over 3,000 people participate in this year’s Desafio Rei e Rainha do Mar,” said race director Pedro Rego Monteiro. “Our series continues to grow and grow.”
