Ice swimmer Jack Bright set out on a goal and achieved it this past week in Siberia.

The filmmaker of Winter Swimming and a member of the Bering Strait Swim completed his personal goal of swimming 1000m in Tyumen in what he calls an ice hole in water that neared 0ºC. “It is always a good feeling when you reach a goal. It was a great event at Tyumen [with] some amazing performances.

Thanks to all involved, swimmers and organizers.”
